The first harvest in Ostoja Natury is behind us!

Lord’s Day August 15, 2020. The first historic harvest of spelled in Ostoja Natury is behind us! It was not without the help of Wojtek (our neighbor) and the former pride of the Polish machine industry – the “Bizon” combine. Grains collected and sealed in bags. Most of them are waiting for the autumn for the next sowing, but for sure some of them will be cleaned of scales (booking process) and ground into flour in a mill, and hence it is only a step to the first bread coming fully from our fields.
