Ostoja Natury in the “Smart Rural 21” project
We are pleased to inform you that the project submitted by our president Piotr Ostaszewski on behalf of Ostoja Natura and the inhabitants of Tomaszszyn was selected together with 16 other villages from among 734 applications in Europe to implement the project: “Smart Rural 21”.
The “Preparatory Action on Smart Rural Areas in the 21st Century” (Smart Rural 21) project is a two and a half year project supported by the European Commission (DG AGRI), whose overall objective is to promote and inspire villages to develop and implement smart village approaches and strategies across Europe and to learn lessons and support future political interventions on smart villages. The project started in December 2019 and will end in June 2022.
